Marquees – Safety comes as Standard

Our marquees are British made aluminium framed with white flame retardant PVC covers, which comply with all EC safety standards. Our modern framework ensures a completely clear space inside, with no centre poles or guy ropes. They can be erected on grass, hard standing and uneven surfaces. The marquees can be extended in 3m sections, with widths of 3m, 6m, 9m and 12m.

Millie Miles Marquee Hire takes health and safety very seriously and works to the highest standards in the industry. We ensure that our marquees are not only stunning but safe and sound too. Fire exits with signs and extinguishers are also available to hire.

Walkways

Walkways are available in 2m and 3m widths and can be used to join marquees to buildings or used as an entrance canopy.

Doors

French doors are available to provide a stylish entrance. The marquee can also be accessed through any of the 3m panels by unlacing and drawing back the PVC sides.

Lining

The marquee interior can be decorated with our pleated linings and window drapes in ivory. We also have available black star cloth linings which look stunning above the dance floor area. Our swags come in a huge array of colours.

Flooring

We offer either coconut matting that is secured onto a polythene membrane or event carpet (available in numerous colours).

Lighting

Controlled by dimmers, we can provide chandelier lighting, globe lighting, uplighters (with optional colour gels), pin spots, mirror balls, and lighting for stages & dance floors. Outdoor lighting and safety & emergency lighting is also available.

We can supply a full range of tables, chairs, bar units, coat rails etc

Dance Floors

Our dance floors are oak parquet. We can also provide a black & white chequered dance floor, a completely white dance floor or a completely black dance floor.

Staging

We have available a stage with black skirting, this is 1ft high and comes in 3ft x 8ft sections.

Bar Units

Our bar units are wooden and 5ft long.

Heating

Our thermostatically controlled heaters sit outside the marquee with ducting and a purpose-made diffuser which locates into the marquee side-wall.

Toilets

We have available either luxury units or Country Classic portable loos – see toilet hire.

Generators

If your event requires a generator we can supply this, together with all the necessary 'power-package' to suit.
