Delivery and Collection

The largest selection of event hire equipment in Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Gloucestershire

We offer an efficient delivery and collection service, offering AM (9am-1pm) or PM (1pm - 5pm) time slots.  You must ensure that a responsible person is in attendance to receive and sign for the items ordered.  We cannot guarantee exact timed deliveries, however, we will endeavour to meet any particular requirements, and if requested, we can call you when the driver is 30 minutes away.

Deliveries/collections required out of normal working hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5.00pm) will incur an additional charge. 

We expect the equipment to be repacked (as delivered) ready for collection.  If this is not the case, we reserve the right to charge for time spent repacking equipment. Please note that the drivers collecting the goods are not authorised to count in goods on site.


Delivery/Collection Charges

Delivery/collection charges do vary according to distance travelled from our depot.  The delivery/collection charge is based on our driver having unencumbered access to a convenient ground floor location, with easy vehicle access. If delivery/collection is required elsewhere, then the additional charges will be stated on the confirmation.

Please note that delivery/collection charges are subject to change at any time, meaning that the price given online may not always be correct. You will find the correct delivery and collection charge on your complete quotation, that has been emailed to you by a member of our team.


Delivery/Collection NOT to Ground Floor OR Delivery/Collection Requiring 2 x People

We must be informed of the above at the time of booking to ensure the correct number of staff deliver/collect the equipment. An additional charge of £40 + VAT will be applied to cover this additional labour.


Collection of Hire Equipment

Unless previously agreed, all hire equipment must be packed and ready for us to collect from 9am on the collection day that is specified on the confirmation. If you are due to return hire equipment to us, then this must be made by 4pm on the return day that is specified on the confirmation. This is extremely important as hire equipment often goes back out on hire the same day or the next day, so it is essential that we receive all hire equipment back.

Collecting/Returning from us

If you prefer, you are welcome to collect and return from us. We are open Monday – Friday 9am-4pm.

Please ensure that you have a suitable vehicle as well as a suitable method of restraint.

As an indication as to the size vehicle you may need, the majority of our glass racks are 60cm x 40cm and the china comes in grey boxes that are 40cm x 30cm x 32cm.
